Meyve Jokeri

Iki gundur meyveyi ozledigimi giriyordum raporuma.. 800gr meyve yiyebilirmisim bir aksam :)

There is no doubt about it, you are really missing your fruit. Here is your Joker: as an exception, and only once this week, have a fruit evening. Weigh out 800 grammes of fruit except for cherries in season, bananas, grapes and figs. Don't have anything else to eat apart from 200 grammes of the dairy product of your choice: yoghurt, cottage cheese, 0% fromage blanc. Treat yourself!
